Program description

These terms govern the SMS messaging program operated by Brahambhatt Realty (Austin, TX) via the ReoClaw platform. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages related to your real estate inquiry.

Types of messages

You may receive messages such as:

• Lead and inquiry follow-up from a licensed agent.
• Appointment reminders and showing confirmations.
• Property updates and information you requested.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity, up to a maximum of 10 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Brahambhatt Realty and ReoClaw do not charge for the messages themselves.

HELP and STOP

For help at any time, reply HELP to any message or email support@reoclaw.com. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message — you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages. You can re-subscribe at any time by replying START.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, good, or service. You may decline SMS messaging and still work with an agent through email or phone.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing.
