This service is operated by Lancemart LLC (“we,” “us”) and made available to licensed real estate professionals through the ReoClaw platform. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact an agent through our forms or messaging, how we use it, and your rights.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, email address, and phone number.
- The content of your inquiry and any messages you exchange with an agent.
- Consent records: when you opt in to text messages, we log the date, time, source URL, and IP address of your consent.
- Basic technical data (e.g., device/browser info) needed to operate the service.
How we use your information
- To connect you with a licensed agent and respond to your real estate inquiry.
- To send appointment reminders, showing confirmations, and property updates.
- To maintain records required for legal and regulatory compliance (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CCPA/CPRA).
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in, you may receive recurring text messages about your inquiry. Message frequency varies (up to 10 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate the platform — including messaging carriers and infrastructure providers (e.g., Twilio for SMS, SendGrid for email, and Supabase for data storage). These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service and are bound by confidentiality obligations. They do not receive your mobile opt-in data for their own marketing.
Your rights
- Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
- Ask us not to sell or share your information (we do not sell your information).
